The month of July was a busy one for us here as we not only hosted our annual BBQ for the people we support, families and our staff, but two other community BBQs for the people in St. Anne where we have our thrift store and in Lundar.

The community events were free to anyone who wanted to join us. Hotdogs, drinks, chips to eat and face painting, bouncy castles and games for families to enjoy. We hold these events to get our name out in the community and to meet new people. We saw hundreds of people combined over both events come out, grab a bite to eat and learn more about who we are and what we do.

We’d like to thank everyone who donated their time as a volunteer. And the people and organizations who contributed financially to these events. Thank you to Louis and Maria Baltus, St. Anne Variety Store, Total Vehicle Maintenance, A & J Fiola Insurance Agency, C.D. Richardson, Caisse Fianacial Group and the Moosehorn Coop.
