Your support of ‘Pairings with Pulford’ has been our inspiration in these otherwise challenging times. The planning, re-scheduling, re-planning and all the work that came with it was made easier by the knowledge that you, as ticket holders, were eager and excited to attend the event.
Unfortunately, we are writing to disappoint you today as we are cancelling our re-scheduled event, which was to take place Friday, September 18, 2020.
This decision was not made lightly and was the culmination of more than two months of work trying to find alternative means to hold the event. But at the end of the day, we want people to have fun and be safe, and with COVID-19 looming overhead, we’ve decided to err on the side of caution.
Frankly, this is not good news for anyone. For our fundraising efforts, for our partners, our vendors and you, our attendees who want nothing more than to come to our event and have a good time and help us raise money.
We are offering everyone who purchased a ticket a full refund. However, we can also offer two other options for our guests.
- Full refund
- In exchange for the ticket(s) cost, we will issue a full amount tax receipt
- In exchange for each ticket purchased, we can offer you three tickets (valued at $80.00) for a chance to win the Churchill Expedition Raffle (no tax receipt) to be drawn on July 10 at 4:00 pm.
No matter what you choose, know that we sincerely appreciate and value your support. You can email Andy.Russo@Pulford.ca to get your ticket refund processed.
Furthermore, you can still purchase additional tickets for the Churchill Expedition Raffle by going to www.PulfordRaffle.com.
We all have busy lives, and it is vacation season, so if we do not hear from you by July 9, we will automatically issue a full refund for your ticket purchase. We hold you in high regard as you are our strongest supporters. Thank you for being a part of our lives, and we hope to be able to bring you an event next year.
